All you have to do is refer a friend or family member to build or buy a new Skogman Home and we are going to give you $500 and your friend $500 off their new home at closing. 

Luckily, it is very simple to refer a friend! All you have to do is reach out to your Community Manager through phone or email and tell them who you are referring before they have a first meeting. Then when your referral contacts them, they have their information and can credit you for your referral.
